Catch the W.A.V.E. is a targeted, 14-week professional development course that will help you grow as an individual and a professional. You will clearly understand your strengths and opportunities for growth, and realize how you can and will make a significant difference in the world around you.

Catch the W.A.V.E. can be customized to meet your specific needs. Each course includes 1:1 coaching and group coaching sessions. You can choose:

  • to be an individual participant who learns from and networks with other high-talent individuals
  • to bring your work team to participate in the W.A.V.E. together
  • to share the experience with high-potential women in your organization who are ready to move to the next best version of themselves by learning and growing together
